Anaaat Kinstler, graduated from Tel Aviv University, Israel, in 1995 with a degree in physical therapy. In Israel, she worked in rehabilitation, working with a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions, treating soldiers and adults of all ages. She also assisted in managing the outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation clinic.
She has been working in NYC since 1998 in hospitals and private clinics, specializing in aquatic therapy and orthopedics. Anaat focuses on identifying the cause of pain to build an appropriate treatment program for all her patients, and a personalized program to continue with independently after treatment is completed.
Her treatments include therapeutic exercise and manual techniques such as Maitland, Mulligan, and PNF. Anaat believes in creating a personal treatment program, maximizing patient involvement, in addition to common sense and a good sense of humor to create a positive treatment experience.
